Care givers are very friendly. Atmosphere is clean. They treat the residents like family. The food is excellent. Activities are fun and easy to engage in. For example, karaoke and music. Service is wonderful. My Dad loves it there and we are so happy about that.

Your facility is caring for my father and the job your staff is doing is nothing short of amazing.I have been at your facility a couple times over the last 4 weeks and observed the kindness and compassion of each and every staff member, not only for my father but for all their patients.I am a Firefighter/Paramedic and have been to countless care facilities over my 32 year career and have seen some horrible facilities.Your facility is among the best I have seen for patient care and staff kindness and compassion. Kindness and compassion cannot be taught to employees, they either possess it or do not. It is clear that the charge nurse and those that hire, train, and supervise are doing an exceptional job and it is reflected in their employees work ethics and skills.I believe when employees are doing exceptional work they should be recognized, and I strongly feel the entire staff including the front desk and the nursing staff are doing an outstanding job.Thank you for taking such great care of my father who is clearly difficult to manage as his health deteriorates and his confusion increases.SincerelyRussel Arentzoff

I cant say enough wonderful things about Royal Gardens. We like that the facility is one floor with lots of beautiful outdoor space the residents can access without the use of elevators. All the staff are helpful, professional and accommodating. They know the residents by name and take an active interest in their welfare. The rooms are kept very clean and are bright and cheerful. At no additional fee they do your laundry, monitor your medications, help with bathing/dressing. There are many activities throughout the day and the staff is very willing to help the residents participate in them. They offer transportation to doctors appointments and have dedicated shopping days. The menu is varied and tasty. This is the second family member we have placed atbRoyal Gardens and continue to be very pleased with this community.
