I had more success calling the main number, then I did walking into the Burney office. Although the ladies there are nice, they seem as though they aren't properly trained. I would call them 'Debbie Downer's' compared to the energy I got from the guy on the phone. He was nice, and very reassuring. He made my day being so positive. I think his name was Robert, but I wish I could remember for sure. Kudos to that guy!
