Horrible. Can't get them on the phone, can't fax information because 'they never received it' even though it was faxed three times and this isn't the first time he this has happened, it's EVERY TIME.

I think this office and workers are doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing. Think about it and you will realize that everything at these offices are meant for you to not want to come back. From the second you walk in till the second you walk out. They are only doing their Job and the ones that are getting good reviews you need to start doing your job!
