The staff is absolutely amazing! I have never walked in and not seen the staff with smiles on their faces. The interaction with the patients goes above and beyond.

They did a terrific job keeping my mom clean and her surroundings. She always had a smile on her face when I came to see her. The nurses and staff were so good to our family, as well as, my mom. I would like for them to be a little more mindful of bed sores, and by that, I mean keeping a pillow underneath. It would be nice if they would allow beauticians to come and do residents hair, by simply allowing them to show their California license. All in all a great experience. The therapist were awesome, so patient and informative. Thank you for doing a super job!

I hold this place completely responsible for starting my mom on 2 antidepressants/ bi polar. She might have needed him at the hospital but not at home. They sent these drugs home and now she's on them permanently because of this place. I would not be surprised if they getting Kickbacks on these drugs of course along with the doctors. Sure she's hard to get along with while there but I talked with a lot of ladies that work with her not everyone had problems with her infact most did not. I would not be surprised in my opinion if they made this stuff up just get her on antidepressants or exaggerated it. One claim was my mom bit someone the back and drew blood but she couldnt evan get up so how could she have done this. For anybody that reads this there are many natural stuff out there to put your loved on instead of chemicals such as antidepressants. Unfortunately though it's all about money with facilities like this and doctors. When there's money involved how can one really trust their decisions.Antipsychotics Overprescribed in Nursing Homeshttps://www.aarp.org/caregiving/basics/info-2018/nursing-homes-antipsychotics-fd.htmlIts also a big problem among the elderly, with the AARP reporting that nursing homes in the U.S. give more than 179,000 residents antipsychotics that havent been approved for their condition, offer little benefit, or endanger their lives. Many times, this is done as a form of chemical restraint to make them docile and easier to manage. Its even more disturbing when you consider the fact that antipsychotics bear a black box warning that says frail, older people and those with dementia or Alzheimers shouldnt use the drugs as they are possibly fatal for them. These medications can also raise their risk of falling and sustaining fractures, increase their risk of stroke, cause trouble swallowing, and make them more vulnerable to pneumonia.

My family member has been to this facility a couple times over the past few years. This most recent visit was far above the past ones. The nurses are more friendlier and answer the lights quicker. We were worried when the hospital wanted to send my family back but I'm happy we tried again. The food could be better but it was a good place. Very clean and no smell. Impresed with the big improvement.
