Mice, roaches, not enough food, cold, many outlets dont work. Owner not responsive to needs of residents. No regular BP checks and dubious staff training with lack of protocols for emergencies

This place is awful. My father has had a many strokes, he cries when he is happy or with memories. The head nurse was standing in front of him holding a clean diaper in his face asking him ' are you happy' which his response was to cry. She asked him while I was there that same question 10 times. Each time he would cry. No one changed his diaper and when I got there he had just finished eating, his room had the smell of urine so bad I had to put some lotion under my nose just to sit and watch TV with him. The place looked clean until you took a better look. It also didn't smell clean. I saw what I thought was a patient go into the nurse office for a good amount of time. When he finaly come out he had 2 cigarettes and walked out the front door. I don't think he was a patient now but if he worked there my question is: why was he in his pjs? Who was this man? My Mission is to get my Father out of this Place.

All the staff has rallied around my mother by giving eceptional care and love . I find her clean always. Eating is difficult for her at times and they help her. Many take time with her by bringing in their music to soothe her when she becomes restless. Bucky always keeps me updated when I ask. The area isnt great but the home is clean.

The place does not have a phone to call clients you have to call the office Or there is some potholes in a place where I visited Are used to know one woman that lives there and she passed away two years ago The daughter put her there because her mother was blindAnd it was not right
