These Managers can't do anything successful around their environment. Bunch of Roaches and Bugs all over the place, and they still do nothing. I bet one day the El Palmar will go out of business. Luckily we're moving out. I would NOT want to live there again.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. They left our ac like this since wednesday july 9th. It is 95 degrees out and the apartment feels like a hot oven. There is no manager here and no one ever answers when we call the emergency numbers they left. They are charging everyone extra fees for no reason. I guess they are trying to make some money back from all the money the last manager stole but we shouldnt have to pay for it. If you are considering living here I do not recomend.

The worst place to live. Managers are always irresponsible that they ignore anything like the person in charge of maintenance. I have been waiting for 6 months to fix the kitchen pipe and the light of the two bathrooms and do nothing, I've been waiting for them to spray and not one of the 3 managers who have been and are currently doing something about it . Hopefully the tenants can join us for a lawsuit or complain to some type of company or government department because the departments are not in a good condition to live
