My mother was recently in a rehab facility and could not go home. I was referred to Brookdale Nohl Ranch and from the first phone call and even when coming into tour, I was greeted by friendly, caring staff. They helped me with everything and made my mother feel very welcomed! She loves all of the staff, the food is excellent!! I know that my mom is well cared for and enjoys all her new friends. I would definitely recommend them!

On a first hand basis I had a family member living at this facility, when we first arrived and got a tour from Lindsey she promised a lot and we got little results. First of all she promised to hang and build items for my mother in law for free and we later found out it was a charge. That is not what got us upset what got us upset was the lie. As well the care staff is terrible they are always short every time I would go I would only see about three care staff that is ridiculously. and running into other family members they all agree that care staff takes a while to attend to our love ones. When it comes to activities they should not have them at all. They have the same games over and over again. For cinco de mayo my mother in law was so happy they where making piatas and when it came down to it they made one piata for the whole community that was the size of a cereal box. The activity girl Blanca always seems stressout and in a bad mood just a couple weeks I passed by and say her arguing with an employee who helps her out. That is not professional at all. I would not recommend this place at all. Im getting my mother in law out. As well I will not be contacting the integrity line I will be contacting someone who can actually help and listen.

Terrible management. Employees and many residents don't like directors there. Low pay, stressful working conditions, unappreciated staff. Money is sole motive to management there. One method they use to attract potential residents is keeping name plaques on doors of vacant apartments to make it appear the facility is full capacity when showing facilities to potential residents. Management receives a bonus for each new apartment they rent. Strictly corporate. Money rules. Sad.
