Everuthing the other lady said is the thruth this place is always short handed the co wotkwrs are awful. Just get some money and go not a place to stay for a long time

I have worked in this facility for 3 years. At the beginning of my journey with Oakmont it was a bumpy ride due to lack of inadequate supervisors. I stuck with the company because the residents were always pleasant. The facility is small yet beautiful, this makes it is easier to connect with residents and their families. Fast forward to now, we have stable and great supervisors who are passionate about senior living and everyone works well together. Staff continue to recieive on going training so as a nurse here that makes me feel content. I have worked in many senior facilities and none are perfect but here at Mariner Point they do really strive to keep residents and employees happy.

I absolutely love working at Oakmont of Mariner Point!!! This is a great place to be everyone from management to residents are so loving.... highly recommended for employment and residential stay...
