I'm giving BC one star because I can't write a review giving them a zero. My dad was there let than 24 hours before we knew we had to get him out of there. He transitioned from the hospital to the skilled nursing wing to receive rehab/therapy. He is a 'fall risk' and they knew that from the beginning. He had also been very confused and unable stand and get out of bed. He was left for five hours the first night without anyone checking on him. Fortunately, my brother was staying with him and kept him from falling. When my brother went to the nurse's station to ask that his diaper be changed, both NA's were on their phones. When they did come in the room, they wanted to argue with my brother about my dad being wet. When they were told he needed to be changed, one of the NA's replied, 'You need to say please if you want him changed.' I could could tell a lot more that happened. Please don't put your loved ones here!

Only giving a star because I had to. I wouldnt advise anyone to work for this employer. From my own knowledge management could careless about their employees especially if youre sick and working sick most of the time. And also Ive never worked in a facility where communication was such a lacking ability. It seems like the employees would be the last to know most of the information that carries on in this place. Individuals arent professional especially when theyre cursing like a sailor when talking or addressing you. You have some that will cut your neck to save their own. Just not a pleasant experience at all.

Both stars are for the staff not the running of the facility.

The worst place to be. I have a family member there. They fuss at her and leave her on the potty chair for hours at a time. The food isnt good enough for dogs. Its always ice cold even coffee. The set up supper trays after lunch and leave them setting out till supper time. The tea is just watered down ice. Because its set out so long its melted. The care is awful. The cna's fuss at the residents. There is virtually no rehab. Its not clean. It stinks. I want these issues fixed or i will start trying to shut this place down. They only do whats right when they know the state is co m ing for inspection. Im a retured cna that has worked in many olf these places. This is for sure one if the worst. The administrator does nothing to fix these problems.

Hallways always have clutter, lighting is dim, no joyful, bright appearance anywhere. Seems to be an old time nursing facility.
