This facility lacks in efficient communication and is dishonest about what they can offer. At registration for my mothers rehabilitation treatment as stay at the facility, we asked if they had an on site dietician. They responded that they did, however, after a week of asking for a call and finally speaking to a consultant, the dietician was out on maturity leave. My mother needed her preferences changed and yet no one at the facility had the ability to complete the request and we got the run around and empty promises. The case worker that handled my mothers case was fake and unhelpful in ensuring the best care for my mother while she was in the facility and upon her exit. This is not a facility Id recommend to any family.
