This is the worst nursing facility ever. My mom has been here for about 3 weeks for rehab, so she could get back to her normal self after being in the hospital for 2 week. The CNA'S are absolutely horrible no bedside manners. They take about 45 minutes to get the call button, and they are all sitting at the nurses desk talking or on their phones. They refuse to bath my mom. She was having trouble breathing and wanted to go into the emergency room, they told her they can't go until the dr comes in. I have to ask for her room to be cleaned, or new bedding on her bed. I would never place another loved one in this center ever ago. Thankfully she was able to walk out of there alive.

I have family staying here and they love the way they are able to live comfortably. Family can visit anytime we bring food in and have family time which is great! Friendly staff makes all the difference in the world. Thank you all for taking care of our grandma.

Aj Clark in Dietary Is a criminal and shouldn't be trusted around the loved ones. He steals from his friends and family. And spreads his virus around the city....

When I was in this facility, I heard the CNAs say some extremely terrible things about the residents and call them some terrible names. They mostly did this in front of the residents themselves or to each other when they thought visitors couldn't hear them. I also saw them handle quite a few of the residents rather roughly and ignore most of the call lights that came on. I pray to God that one day they will learn how to treat the resident's right, and I hope that no other residents have to go through what I saw the current ones go through.

Residents are cared for, employees are not. Some of us have worked here for years (Im on my 3rd year & counting) and get talked to like trash on a daily basis. Not only does this happen in offices, but in the halls too. Its uncalled for and unprofessional. You will never get a chance for a promotion if you are not friends with any department heads and thats the truth. Favoritism is spread like wildfire throughout each department and even beyond the employees. I love the residents here and I love what I do for them, but thats about all I love when it comes to this place of employment. I worked here in 2014 for a year and things were a lot different. I came back in 2016 and Things were a mess. Whats crazy is if state inspectors or anyone big comes in, we put on the biggest show ever (we could win a Grammy award). Hopefully things will change so this is a pleasant place to work for again.
