My husband was at Trinity Village Medical Center for 4 months and I was constantly having problems with his care. I complained and no one corrected the problems. He had Alzheimers Disease and could not speak for himself. Because of this, in my opinion, he was neglected many days. He was transferred to the ER at 8:30 one morning and I was never called to inform me of this. I found out when I got out there at 4:00 that afternoon. He was at the ER for 8 hours by himself very agitated and upset because he could not communicate. He had pneumonia and died 3 days later. No, his care was totally unacceptable. I would not send my dog to that place. The administrator stays in his office and doesnt have a clue as to what is going on. I cant believe we were paying $6500.00 for such inadequate care.

My father-in-law was transferred here from the heart hospital for rehab. Within a week they didn't turn him so he had bed sores, he ended up with bilateral pneumonia, bladder infection and kidneys not functioning well, they kept saying he was fine and we were over reacting, the attending physician would not approve transfer saying he was ok and we would be billed ambulance fees if we did anything... Needless to say we got him out of there anyway and back to Heart Hosp... a week later, he had succumbed to everything piling against him and he is at peace now. I just want to say when you feel nothing is being done and your loved one is NOT improving, there's a problem somewhere....
