Some never show up on time if they show up at all. MH manager Monica is rude and condescending. She doesn't seem to realize--or perhaps care--that her clients are dear and real people in need of services. I'm shocked and bewildered that she was angry with ME for informing her that her client's aides hadn't shown up for 3 shifts in the last 2 days.
