Both my elderly inlaws were here for several years. No problems until management changed and 1 of them was moved to the 'memory care wing.' I didn't observe a higher level of care there. In fact, there were more than a few falls and unanswered questions. My hubby had healthcare POA and requested records (with correct Arkansas state form). Sent it certified, so they got it.. never heard a word from them. Months went by.. They acted defensive that we where even asking for them. Both residents are deceased now, but this is just our experience with stonehaven.

The employees all seem very happy and caring. This results in happy residents who are active and engaged. Overall, a very pleasant environment. Good food too.

The facility is ran by different management and its a very unprofessional environment, I just recently had gotten fired because I wouldnt come in and work on my off day which my schedule had been changed around without me being notified. Other than it being unprofessional I loved working with the residents and they are good loving people.

I am so grateful to work for a community that really cares about its residents! To get the opportunity to pour into the residents everyday is by far the most rewarding feeling. Our staff is top notch in quality of care and quality of life. Our staff is knowledgeable and kind. Our food is delicious and is freshly prepared by master chefs everyday! We looked at several places in Conway and Maumelle and this facility was hands down the best in all categories. Lou is wonderful and so are the staff and nurses. Go look at the others and then visit Stonehaven.
