Walking in as a visitor, my initial thoughts were wow this is such a nice facility. But after several visits, I realized how rude and unprofessional the Assistant DON, Hilda is. Completely incompetent to be a nurse and showed absolutely ZERO compassion or care for a resident. I was shocked at her behavior!!

The team members here are absolutely fantastic. I have seen first hand the level of care and compassion provided to the residents. When families arrive here for the first time their are so many thoughts of uncertainty. I highly recommend talking with Lindsey Spears or Jeff, the Director they will be open and honest with you about the level of care Avenier provides.

This place is horrible the Don Brittney only cares about her tittle and her pay she doesn't care about the residents or the employees Joanne is uneducated and she is unorganized and doesn't deserve her position as lead she is full of drama this place is all for the money and not the carcare they also leave the residents wet they don't document incidents please don't take your family members here
