The staff was very friendly. Therapy was great. My granny had some trouble at first but after meeting with DON, we were happy. Thank you.

Well phisical therapy department is very good with there clients, but the food is not good and getting someone to come to your room for anything is not easy.

Incompetent and neglecting staff. My grandfather was ignored when in need and allowed to bleed and not be cleaned when he needed help. When the RN saw him she called paramedics and refused to check on him themselves. This place is awful.

staff took it upon themselves to reassess and reduce a family member's medication levels without consulting the proper specialists we have for multiple issues and ended up putting the family member in the E.R.

My mother was set to do 20 days of physical therapy the insurance paid all of it but $20 a day we had to pay that in cash $400 she was only there for five days before we had to take her back to the emergency room and she never return to Ridgecrest therefore should refund us $300 this was on november 27 when she had to be taken to the E.R' its been three months and they keep giving me the runaround and are not trying to cooperate whatsoever and we still have not received the $300 she entered the rehap Nov 22 and left on November 27 I would not leave my dog there they had one job to do and that was to get her to the emergency room if her sodium dropped below Na 130 and on Sunday 27 I found out through a nurse that on Thursday the 24th it was at Na128 Saturday it was at Na126 and by the time I got her to the e.r. on Sunday 27th it was at Na 123 she should have been taken to the e.r. on thursday 24th when it was Na 128. Normal reading is between Na 135 to 145 needless to say she is not with us today thanks Ridgecrest for all your hard work and cooperation , so you go figure!!! Thats pretty shady of them not refuneing the $300 and they even admitted that they needed to refund it and several attempts have been made to try and get this resolved they keep saying it will take awhile to get the check, that its coming from corporate but yet will not give any information on there corporate office, now its not about the money its the principal of the matter!!
