This is honestly a horrible horrible place to work. The administration does not take care of their staff members whatsoever. If they know were short staffed, they do absolutely nothing to fix it, which in turn affects the care we provide to the residents. Most of us try to take care and provide the best care of the residents we can. But they dont take care of the staff. It runs you down, and almost changed my mind about nursing school. I do not suggest working here ever.
