This company started out as good the caregivers are awesome how ever the lack of communication between office staff and caregivers to clients is mom existent

Caregivers would leave without any notice from themselves or office. Which left me waiting for someone to show up. and no caregiver for days. Brochure and office stated services such as transportation were provided which in fact was not. They were supposed to provide case management paid a fee never received needed supplies and medical equipment. Whic is part of case management to secure these items. Stay away from this company!!!

These people are very helpful if you have a problem call the office and they will work the problem out with you they are very understanding they are the nicest people I've ever had to deal with over the phone and it takes a lot to take care of the elderly you have to have a very big heart and understand Merry Maids God bless all happy New Year

I am 100% service connected disabled veteran. I have also been a quadriplegic for many years. During the past 20+ years I've had numerous caregivers from several agencies.At first we hired caregivers on our own or family members filled in when required. Eventually we had to turn to health care agencies for caregivers. That is when the caregiver nightmare began.We tried one agency in central Arkansas after another for years. Each agency made fantastic promises about their caregivers abilities. The reality was each caregiver was more useless than the one before.Finally, after 3 agencies and numerous so called caregivers, we had to make a decision. Find an agency with competent caregivers or a nursing home. Having spent thousands of dollars making our home accessible going to a nursing home was not what we had planned on. That is when a friend told us about Superior Senior Care in Conway. Having been told for years we were hard to staff we didn't have much hope when we called the Conway Superior Senior Care. The young lady answering the phone, Jessica, was very professional and upbeat.She asked a few questions and promised Nicole Hurst would be contacting us soon. To our surprise the phone rang a short time later. We made the appointment for Nicole to visit our home. We ended the call prepared for the same stale promises we heard time and again. The day Nicole arrived her entire approach was different. No fantastic promises about what Superior Senior Care could provide. Likewise there was no lecture about our being hard to staff. Instead she looked at the equipment and our setup. Then she spent over 2 hours listening to our concerns and expectations. Within a few weeks we had 2 very competent caregivers. We could not be more pleased with the Conway Superior Senior Care office.Nicole and Jessica don't make promises. They deliver results! Client,DSVilonia, AR

Huge shout out to the office staff here. we brought my mother home from a facility as we were concerned she was losing her independence . Bringing her home was the best choice we ever made but could not have done it without the referral services of Superior Senior care. Having a caregiver in my moms home was way more personalized and cost effective.
