The Manor Benton, Arkansas

The Manor Senior Living Community is the best of the best in Saline County! Compassionate and friendly staff! 4 star type hotel community. I wouldn't send my loved one anywhere else in Central Arkansas! Both the assisted living and independent living cottages are amazing!

The staff is very caring and attentive and the facility is beautiful, inside and out!

As my mom's health and memory deteriorated, so did her care at The Manor. She was sitting in a room that was rarely cleaned, beside her trash cans that were rarely emptied, in urine-soaked briefs that had been on her for hours, alongside soiled clothing draped all over her room (that she didn't know what to do with) and her bedding, mattress, shoes, and couch were also drenched and ruined. She needed help and assistance which she did not get at The Manor because they said repeatedly that there was nothing else they could do because she 'refused care' when they asked her if they could help or assist her. We have since moved her to a new facility and now she is consistently clean/dry with clean clothes on, her room is clean, and she never smells, nor does her room because they pull her dirty laundry and trash out of her room, daily. I have not heard once that she is uncooperative 'problem' or that she refuses care. If you or your loved one are just simply looking for luxury senior living, this place may be right for you, but if true assistance is needed, you may want to keep looking.
