If I could give them ZERO stars, I would!! I was a CNA student and we had to do our clinicals there, so I was able to see some of the inside things that go on behind closed doors!!! I would NEVER send a loved one there! The staff will smile in your face and as soon as you are gone, its a different story!! They honestly could careless about the residents! Its all about the check to them!! They do not receive the proper care they should be, they do everything theyre own way unless the state is in the building in surveying!! They follow no proper procedures! I witnessed a staff just pour water on a resident without giving warning or making sure it was ok or even checking the water! She shaved a resident and nicked him and thought it was ok as long as he wasnt bleeding too much. I could go on and on!! The absolute WORST place!!!!

My Mom spent 2 weeks in rehab and she was treated very well. Place is clean and neat. Staff was very courteous and professional at least in my dealings with them. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this facility to anyone.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are absolutely rude. Especially Tish. The worst! I would never send a loved one here. You can tell how they operate just from a simple conversation on the phone. Disgusting.
