They are understaffed and the staff is not permanent. The situation here is changing constantly. Medications were not given to my loved one timely and consistently on more than one occasion. Currently there is not a cna per hall as they are understaffed therefore, falls are more frequent especially on the weekends. Personal hygiene care of residents is not a priority.
