Westminster Village of the Mid-South

I lived in this Village for 5 years with my family. Our experience was excellent. The house have all the ampliances. When something was broke or damage they fixed in the same week. They also take care of the grass so we no need to buy expensives machines. A security guard was always checking 24/7. The office personal always very professional and happy to help.This place was so pretty I can see rabits running in my garden, hear the birds in the morning. The street in the neighbor always clean. The monthly payment was razonable no expensive for all the services that they offer without any additional cost. It is in the bus zone of Gosnell elementary, middle and high school so the bus pass in front of the houses. They also have a amazing dog park where you can take your pets to walk and play. I really enjoyed go around with my bycicle there because was very low cars in this streets. I just have happy memories for this place. Highly recommended.

Westminister Village needs new management!!There are wide open doors and windows in abandoned houses all around. When is this acceptable for Seniors, let alone children, women, families??The lawn crew cuts and weedeats WHATEVER they feel like (residents plants they've paid for) and leave what actually needs to be cut or removed. The Senior-only part is too tight to hire workers during events. They get the senior citizens to do it for them. They also try to guilt them into making donations to pay for their running costs.
