Better home living is a great facility! The staff and caregivers are very nice. I wasnt so sure about the last director she was very short with people. I would recommend this place. At the moment its under new management . The owner is a very kind and compassionate person and I highly recommend Better Home Living

I moved my father in May 3rd, 2018. May 31, 2018 I was called and told the facility would be closing and we had until June 8th to find him a new home. What the hell kind of people do this to someone? Why the hell did they allow us to move him in! I will be finding the proper people to lodge a formal complaint against these irresponsible owners/administrators. I am livid. Also, I've been to visit him on at least 3 occasions and not one time did a sign a guest log. I was not told about the log and didn't know it was a thing. However, I have spoken with Aronica and/or Crystal every time I was there. So, that log being discussed in the other review means absolutely nothing.ETA I see this place is open once more, I still would never recomend this place to anybody.

The owners of this place abruptly closed last summer giving the resident's 30 days to find another home and notifying the staff they were losing their jobs. At first they said they would only have 2 more weeks to work. But when they knew there would still be residents for 2 more weeks they let them stay. They said they were selling it. Now they are opening again. What started as a nice turned into a really bad place. Beware of putting your loved one here. Do some research. Ask for proof of services they say they say they provide--activities, meals, housekeeping, medicine dispensing, qualifications of the staff.

I was unhappy with the previous administrator. She was dishonest and there was no trust. The new administrator scrubs amd cleans the facility when everyone else is sleeping. She is very diligent about her positive reputation.

The staff at Better Home living are very nice! It was such a pleasant visit and I definitely felt like my family members will feel right at home here. The new administrator is so welcoming and professional and she truly cares about her residents. If you are looking for an assisted living place for your loved one I highly recommend Better Home Living.
