The wait times here are absolutely ridiculous. You must sit in the lobby sometimes 4 hours, just to be called by an eligibility worker in some village up North. I was the first person in line one day and lodged a complaint regarding the 5 people who got phone calls and was told my name somehow got lost in the que and someone would call. I was there from 8am until just before 2pm. Prepare yourself for a long day. Bring snacks
