We stayed in a cabin down the street from this store during our trip to Glacier Bay National Park several years ago. We rode the cabin bikes here to buy something for dinner (frozen mac and cheese...:) As a long-time Alaska girl, it was fun to see my husband's reaction to a true Alaskan 'grocery store' selling everything from frozen food to oil and chainsaws. The people here were fantastic, and I got to talk to a local who lived in town when my dad was here. I loved this place, both the town and store.
