PROS- AMAZING Maintenance Team, seriously the best. They are very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful - Trash pickup- Convenience of base facilities- No drafts, the homes are really well insulated- Playgrounds on every cornerCONS- You get what's offered and should you decline, you go to the bottom of the wait list (This is what we were threatened with 2 years ago when we moved in)- Water is shut off and/or deemed 'not potable' frequently (6 times a year)- Water is frequently brown- Water smells chlorine weekly- Basement flooding which Corvias does not disclose or cover- 'HOA' standards arbitrarily upheld
