Employees are complaining about me smoking with another senior in the smoke shed and Im a caretaker for my 99 year old grandma. They put a rule for me and the other senior that we cant smoke out there with employees. I should not have to have a rule put on me especially if Im 21 and do not live there. They are very disrespectful and I would never put anyone of my family members in the ever again.
