This was my first job as a cna in 2011 during the time I worked here my grandma end up coming in as a patient and she was left in horrible conditions so I would come in and and feed and turn her and bathe her. I was terminated from this place without a good reason when I called to get Info on my termination for a new job whoever the lady was was rude and ignorant and got smart when I asked never will I ever work here again or send a love one here my grandma was a DNR when she passed they resuscitated her and sent her to the hospital at 6am and didn't notify us till a family member called us at 2:30Horrible place

Attention :Warren Manor Health is a horrible place for any of our precious loved ones . Every time I go to visit my aunt she is wet with urine, and and she has feces on her. Her face is always dirty she always gets sick. And then when you say something to the workers about it they have an attitude like you don't supposed to be concerned for your loved ones. They have their nerve to be rude when your loved one is on comfortable and wet. Today when I went to go visit my aunt she was wet once again with urine. Her gown was also wet when I told one of the rude worker she said she would change her but decided to take the dirty linen off her bed. Didn't wash her up they put a diaper on her and put her in her chair. So I said once again are you going to change her they said yes I don't know it if it was because they were supposed to clean her room. But at the same time if you knew her room was about to get clean you guys should have checked. So when one of the workers put her in the chair I was also reading my Bible walking along them. One of the rude workers bump me with the chair that my auntie was in I'm pretty sure it's on camera I know have a bruise. Oh yes I reported it and I will also do my own report. If anyone has a loved one there please !please! Take them out of there. The situation with my auntie is so complicated. To all you people out there if you have had an experience like this or worse we need to pull together and you also need to make a report. And if you see anyone else would report you need to contact that person so maybe we can work together and close this place down or they need to hire new workers. within that a good attitude if Warren Manor Health except this Behavior from their coworkers that says a lot about them. Warren Manor health get it together or you will be closed down. They have already called the police on one of my family members and her mother is in there. They lied and said that she threaten her but that was a lie because it was on tape. There is always a warning before the storm this is the warning to all of you go see your people more often as he was going on. We go see her everyday these people that work with our loved ones are wicked and evil, and they have no heart or soul. Emmanuel is not sleep he see and hear all. And one day they have to get old they never know they could end up there one day.

They have a good physical therapy program and the night nurse who cared for my grandmother was amazing, but other than that this place is awful! Someone even took my grandmother's clothes and glasses at this place. It takes an awful person to steal from a little old lady who is bedridden.

This place is not clean! My father in-law was in there for rehab after a stroke. Upon arrival there were three rooms with signs on the doors stating that those rooms had a virus that was catchable, ( C-Diff ) within a short time my FIL also had this virus. He had to be shipped to a hospital where he fought this horrible virus and lost. He was sent home to die and did four days later. Nobody tells you how deadly this virus is and how hard it is to kill out. If everyone had worn gloves, masks, gowns, and the rooms were disinfected properly, we believe he would still be alive. If you want good care, you better look elsewhere!
