Had package come in and was left on the hood of truck at the side if my house but delivery email said it was left at the front door. When we finally found the package it has rained on it for almost two hours. Not a happy person.

Always super nice and helpful. Mail runs pretty late in the afternoon at my house and packages are usually a day later than expected ship times to my home but we do live in a small town so I'd imagine they don't have a lot of people working there.

My experience has been a nightmare. My package was set to be delivered on August 29 but someone at the post office scanned it and shipped it back to Birmingham. I am so frustrated with them. I called customer service and got no help.
