Scott and his team do a fantastic job of serving the elderly and others who need in home care! This team truly cares about their clients, employees, and community! Thank you for all you do.

If I could give this company lower than a one star rating, I would. I would tell everyone that is looking at Visiting Angels to be careful and make sure they can do what you need them to do. If you want someone to help your loved one in and out of a chair, then this is the company for you. I was sold a bill of goods by a manager that is no longer with the company. The girls that they hire are not trained in caring for your loved ones. Some will not come into the home if you have a pet. Some will not show up as scheduled and will leave your loved one alone while they go run personal errands. Never heard from company if there ever was a problem. I doubt they even checked up on the caregivers to see if they showed up for their shift. Even the current manager admitted that my father was mishandled by his company to a group of home health nurses that my loved one also uses. A lot of things happened with my loved one and all they say is 'We are sorry...where is our money?'

Visiting Angels provided caring and compassionate help for a friend of mine. Great caregivers and effective communication from office staff. Highly recommend
