Worst facility!!!!!!My family member was not given the medical equipment, medications, etc... needed for care. We had to make arrangements to get her out of there in less than 24hours!!! I would prefer to give them a 0 but its not an option! Ive placed several calls to the director so that he/she would be aware of what took place and the delay we had to go through to get medications afterwards.... She was sent home with no medications!!! However,I havent received a call back!!!

My mom was referred here after open heart surgery for rehab. My mom was complaining about being cold and her legs were ice cold, all the techs would do is turned up the heat in her room rather than having a nurse check her. My mom ended up passing from pulmonary embolism that went untreated. This facility is not capable to handle needs of heart patients. The toilet in her room was constantly clogged and backing up into the shower.
