Be extremely cautious before placing a loved one here. The director is focused on selling the rooms. The staff is 'not allowed' to assist a resident with many of the daily tasks that a dementia patient can need when the disease progresses. They like the patients medicated so they will behave. There will be very little helpful support when there are challenges.My mother progresses very rapidly. They recommended her to go to a behavioral hospital her first month- this is for a doctor to get the 'right' blend of medicine- then return back to the facility. My mom became unable to walk within 6 weeks. It took 3 weeks for an assessment because they did not honor our requests to call. When hospice was finally called, they accepted her immediately. She needed skilled nursing. The director was nothing but rude. He was not helpful or compassionate.Just put your loved one somewhere that has more compassionate management.

My uncle lived here for over 2 years. I was very satisfied with the quality of care and service he received. I would recommend this facility.
