I Love living at Regency! The staff here are great and go out their way to make sure we are safe, entertained, and have a great meals. Mickey takes out on Scenic rides and doctors visit. LaDawn, Shan, and Stephanie have every day planned with exciting things each day of things that we like and enjoy doing. Rebecca always has a smile on her face and a hug for us. LaKisha is our head nurse and makes sure that everything is taken care of. If I can't live at home I am glad that my family choose Atria.Thanks for letting me leave a comment

While my parent requires little care, I have observed the abuse of another resident by staff because of greater need. This includes misreporting 'accidents' when staff was involved, ignoring cries for assistance while in his/her room, rough handling of the patient, little regard for special understanding of dementia patient's confusion and little effort to really meet the special needs. It does make me concerned for my parent if the time comes that more attention is required. There probably needs to be more staff for the dementia patients, especially for the cost of this facility.
