Over promised. Under delivered. False advertising. Borderline neglect. The facility needs to earn the trust of residents and family. Three months after moving our mother into memory care the facility has yet to deliver on their lofty promisesor even the most basic service and care that is expected. When it sounds too good to be true...it is. Very disappointed.

As a previous employee... I can honestly say that Im still very dissatisfied with the way I was treated when I was an employee and seems that its the same even months after leaving this place of employment. The manager does not care about her staff and when I worked there I was asked to take on 5 jobs (other than my CNA job, I took on the responsibilities of a housekeeper, cook, server, receptionist, & running the activities) that I never should have been doing in the first place, nor was I getting paid for taking on all these extra tasks. Ive called multiple times in the past 3 weeks regarding my W2 and each time Ive been told someone will call back haha what a joke! Nobody has tried to contact me at ALL. If I dont receive a call back soon I will be in contact with the IRS.

While putting a loved one in an assisted living home is one of the hardest task Ive ever had to do, the Team at Madison at the Range made it easy for my Mom and I, Teri Burke, Susan Rogers, Mellisa Hayes, Brandy Bodine, Ms Jo, Cindy, Debra, Keith, Brent, Pat, Tara and a whole host of others have made this an enjoyable experience. Bobbie, Abigail and I personally recommend Madison at the Range for your Assisted Living and Memory care needs.

Wow, excellent facilities. Stopped by to do a presentation for a few of their residents today and walked away very impressed. Friendly staff, great views and really clean atmosphere. Will definitely be referring people their way!
