Visiting Angels

I have some advice for anyone who decides to use this service.Plan to hire someone to keep an eye on the workers they send to your/your loved one's home. They will arrive late about 99% of the time. They will also leave early sometimes. If you employ someone to keep track of their comings and goings, maybe you can call and get credited for it. I'm sure most people don't have time to keep track of that, and also can't afford to hire an additional person to do it. I also suspect that this company and its workers count on that.Additionally, 99% of these workers are incompetent. They won't even clean up the messes they make much less any other messes made by the client. It's apparent that the workers expect the experience to be like the phony television commercials with everyone smiling and laughing as they walk through a rose garden. That's usually not how it works when taking care of a sick elderly person. Most workers will simply do nothing when there is real work to be done, then quit and never come back. The agency then tries to blame it on issues with the client. I'm so glad I fired them and found someone else.I fully expect the owner to get on here and respond to this review with his usual nonsense about not having a client with this name. That will most likely be followed with 2 or 3 glowing five star reviews by his own employees or contractors and maybe somebody whose only review is for Visiting Angels. It's all very suspicious, and I wouldn't trust this company in any way.Good luck.

Visiting angels responded immediately when I needed help. They had staffing ready within hours and the communication was top notch! They are compassionate people and truly care about their clients. Quality patient care is so important and thats exactly what we received. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing in home care. Thank you Visiting Angels!

Visiting Angel's is the company to choose. Chelsia Strain was sent by the company to help me a few days a week. I can not say enough great things about Chelsia. She genuinely cares about me and goes above and beyond without a second thought. Such a good hearted great person and a really really great company.

Terrible service. Most of the 'caregivers' appear to be college students out to make a few bucks doing as little as possible. The only thing they seem to care about is something on their phones. They arrive late and leave early then charge you for the full scheduled time anyway.Complaints to management are met with excuses and lies. Office staff is rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. Let the buyer beware.
