This is a beautiful community with the most friendly staff and residents. I had the privilege to spend some time with both the staff and the residents at an event. Very happy residents with staff and services!

I visited my grandmother recently. She moved from home and was not doing well. This was about 3 months ago. She was losing weight, not taking her medications and falling a lot. She has had a few issues since moving and we always get a phone call. I was so happy after my visit this weekend! She has made friends, gained 5 pounds and is walking better since receiving therapy. I have not seen her this happy in a long time! She has made friends and the staff there are very sweet.

The glam is all smoke & mirrors. Not a trustworthy facility! Dont let the beautiful building and the fake hospitality fool you.

My husband went to River Highlands on October 13th, 2018. We picked him up on December 12. What we found in the condition of his room was horrific. There was rotting food in the refrigerator causing a horrible odor. Cups and other plastic dishes were strewn all over. The room obviously had not been cleaned a single time. My husband was living in squalor. If you expect your loved one to have safe and sanitary circumstances, dont send them there! They present a lovely impression when you tour the place, but leave their patients in squalor
