Corvias Military Living

The housing is spacious and i love the neighborhood. The staff always takes care of my requests.

I had a wonderful experience while living on post for almost 2 years until we moved out. Huge shout out to Tina, Barry, Zach and Logan. They are such great employees and corvias is lucky to have them. Sadly, I would not recommend living on post because of the way they handled the militarys stop movement order. We did our move out with them on 3/12 and got the news late at night on 3/13. I called first thing in the morning on 3/14 about getting our house back and stayed in constant contact with Raquel throughout the day about what we can do because we had no where to go. I was told that unfortunately there is nothing that can be done because they have already given our house away. I even cried to her on the phone asking for the keys back until Monday morning to see what my husbands command was going to do for us to which I was told no, and that I would have to sign a 6 month lease. Even though Corvias had our BAH for the next month that would not have been returned to us for a while. After filing an ice comment we heard from Jessica, who I will add was very professional and friendly and we were told we should have been able to go back to our house and she would see what she could do with no promises. Sadly nothing was done to handle this situation properly and Corvias should be ashamed of themselves. They do not stand behind their military families in need. We were a displaced family with no house hold goods and 3 children. We were offered and empty Allen heights home that we didnt feel comfortable taking for the money they wanted when our home that we had just left that we were willing to pay full BAH was just sitting idle. No work had been done on the home. It was bad enough that we were displaced but even worse that Corvias could not see beyond the dollar sign at the end of the day. Not only would I have felt more comfortable being at our home that we lived in for almost two years but my three children and two pets would have also felt more comfortable as well. The children had been through enough emotionally and they couldnt even return to their home that they are used to because of Corvias being more concerned about long term rent vs the few months of rent they would have received from us. I wish all of the managers could see the harm that they cause instead of making excuses for every little thing they do incorrectly. If I could give 0 stars I would.
