We had a terrible experience with this company. The owners were non-existent and the caregiver had a nurse complex. She acted like she was a doctor or nurse-when she was there. We only had them 3 months and she was late 9 times and didnt show up 15 times. Shame on us for not switching sooner.

Visting angels is the best place to work!! Ms. Strevel and heather are the sweetest mangers ever. It is a big change from your choice senior care in fairhope. That place is very awful. The boss lady talks to you like youre not human and hangs up in clients face. She also has 18/19 years doing plan of care on clients. If you want your loved one to be taking care of give ms Sonya a call. Please dont let your choice fool you with their cheap rates. Call Visiting Angels.
