Hatley's is short on staff -- they're competing with the local hospital for skilled workers. The ones I've interacted with are friendly and competent, though some of them at the facility should 'up their game' when lifting and handling residents.

I like that place they take very good care of my father, they took very good care of my mother while she was there, too !!!
