Really nice independent-living community, centrally located on Rocky Ridge Road in Vestavia. Super-friendly staff too! If you are seeking a new home without the hassle of yardwork, maintenance, cooking, cleaning or any of those issues, consider a nice community like Town Village!

When I first moved here almost 3 years ago, this was a nice place to live with an excellent, caring staff. Unfortunately, that is no longer true. The staff has changed completely and certainly not for the better. The cost of living here has increased exponentially each year, but the amenities and privileges have steadily decreased in direct proportion to the increase (or maybe even more rapidly decreased). The food has become increasingly difficult to enjoy. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EITHER TOWN VILLAGE OR ANY OTHER PLACE EVEN REMOTELY RELATED TO GRACE MANAGEMENT. The management is very inefficient and uncaring about anything or anyone other than themselves, and Grace Management is non-existent for residents. We have no way to contact them, nor do they seem to care for our opinions nor for our satisfaction with Town Village. Corporate never speaks to anyone other than their very loyal and subservient well-compensated staff.
