Wish I could give -5 stars. The Incompetent NP diagnosed my dad with a UTI when in fact his foley was blocked. He suffered horribly & almost died from sepsis. if we hadn't insisted he be taken to the ER he probably wouldn't have made it another 24hrs.

They did not take care of my grandmother properly and failed to tell us of several incidents that occurred during her short stay. I would give this place negative stars if I could.

Do Not Send Your Love One Here! My mom has dementia and had hip surgery and was there to help her walk again. When we brought her home we realized they didn't change her (diapers) like they should and she was SEVERELY raw on her bottom. She had bruises all over her where they (I assume) tried to pick her up or change her. So if your love one isn't able to communicate like they should or has any dementia DO NOT SEND them here. They do not know how to handle them or won't. Believe me Mom is worse now than before she went there.

The care seems to be ok,we are experiencing clothes coming up missing, new cloths hanging in her closet, never worn, just gone, and of course no one knows anything. Buy some light weight chain and a small lock and lock up the closet and drawers, give your loved one the key put it on a string and have them wear it around their neck,then they will control who goes in and out of their clothing closet and drawers.
